Mental Health Professionals: we provide advice and direction with regard to responding to subpoenas for documents or depositions.  We can file motions to quash subpoenas.  We will communicate with other attorneys so you do not have to.  We will attend a deposition with you as your retained counsel.  We provide ethical and legal advice. We provide a confidential, first line of defense so that mental health professionals can feel comfortable and confident before bringing issues to supervisors or dealing with legal or ethical issues that arise.
